Returns & Refunds

Refund Policy

Refunds for goods returned in a saleable condition will be made within 7 days of the goods being returned to us. Refunds will only be made directly on to the credit/debit card used to purchase the goods. Refunds cannot be made to other cards or by any other means.

Goods that are not returned in a saleable condition will not be refunded. If you wish to return items, you must cover the cost of doing so. The Tile Source.co.uk cannot be held responsible in any way for damages caused returning items to us. We always recommend that you send all items recorded delivery and insure them if they are of high value.

How to return an item

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods you must inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. All returned items must have a Returns Reference Number to be processed - please call us or this will delay your return and/or refund being processed. We will exchange items that are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly when notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product - subject to our terms and conditions. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to change your mind after you have received you goods, you must notify us within 7 days if you would like to return any items. Returned goods must then reach us within 30 days. Returned goods may be subject to a handling charge.

We try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, so you get your order quickly. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason please notify us as soon as possible. If the goods have already been sent there may be a charge for cancelling your order to cover returning the goods to us. Please call us on 0845 415 4114 and we will advise you on the progress of your order.

Natural Stone & Terracotta

Variation in colour is an inherent characteristic of natural stone and terracotta. Prior to fixing, please ensure that the colour, tones and shades of natural stone or terracotta you have received match your requirements. We would also suggest that prior to fixing you seal a couple of tiles to ensure that an acceptable finish can be achieved. No returns or refunds are available once the tiles have been fixed - please refer to section 10.2.4 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information.
